School year 2024-2025

So much has happened since our last post:

Children of ECD 1 have moved to the next level; and have started their second year of ECD 2

On 9th September 2024; we received new little children in ECD 1

TVET lessons for the second cohort of teen mothers is coming to the end of their program. These teen mothers will graduate at the end of October 2024.

Our husbandry program is also going very well, the mother pigs are reproducing healthy piglets.

We had to build a new wall, government reorganized premises. Land ownership is still an issue as a consequence of the genocide against the Tutsi where millions of people were killed and/or displaced.

Rainy season started again on September 28th, after 5 months of drought. It is so refreshing. We will start planting beans and peanuts and different kinds of vegetables
